"Going to DBC is the next best thing to being in Bangalore! I've been going regularly since they opened and they make some of the most authentic South Indian food I've been able to find at home. Everything from the Masala Dosa, to the Idly and Vada, to the Biryani and Chai are as good as anything I've had in Bangalore. The fact that their truck looks the part just adds to the whole experience. I cannot recommend them enough!"

Best of South India in a truck!
If you’re missing India, come here. The food is fire! Chicken Dum Biryani, Benne Masala Dosa, and Ghee Podi Idly are top-notch. The Irani chai here is addictive—I’ve started coming daily just for that. Snacks like Mirchi Bajji and Egg Bonda reminded me of street food back home.
